The Superior Room was comfortable and clean, complemented by a great city view. The staff were particularly attentive, with receptionists like Amitoj and Anmol going out of their way to assist, including offering a packed breakfast for my early departure. Despite the positives, the air conditioning system was problematic, leading to discomfort during the stay, and maintenance was unresponsive to requests for help. While dining in the Panorama restaurant, I enjoyed the poultry dishes, which were flavorful and well-prepared.

Had an awesome stay with friends. Enjoyed a blast at Hardy's World Amusement Park with cool rides and play pools. We also caught a film at the nearby mall's theater. The service was fantastic. Vishakha was super helpful! Overall, great experience...

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed. A special mention to the receptionist, whose genuine care was felt throughout our stay. The complimentary room upgrade was a delightful surprise. Don’t miss trying the buffet—though I didn’t taste it this time, it looked incredible!

The Superior Room was super comfy! Clean and modern with nice furniture. The beds were cozy, and I got a great night's sleep. Not a lot to complain about—it was pretty quiet too. Just a solid experience.
